We understand the importance of living life as a community and are passionate about helping people connect with Jesus and each other.  We would love to help you find a way to connect and live life with our community as we grow and share in faith together.

Life Groups

Life Groups exist to help us make all of life all about Jesus and are a key aspect of our church community. They usually consist of 6 - 12 people who gather frequently to encourage, challenge and care for one another with the aim of growing in our love, knowledge and following of Jesus .  Life Groups are generally organised by geographic location and stage-of-life. They are groups which center on knowing, believing and living out the implication of the gospel together.

At Huon Anglican we believe youth and children are valuable members of our church family and we welcome them at our Sunday Service and Sunday School Program.  We are passionate about helping families to raise children who know and love Jesus and offer a range of activities focused on supporting and developing children and their families. From time to time, we need new volunteers at the Op Shop. If you'd like to volunteer, please download an application form and forward it to us.

The Connect Centre

In 2015, Huon Anglican opened their Ministry and Community Outreach Centre.  The Connect Centre is located at 21 Wilmot Road, Huonville. It provides a space for us to love and serve the Huon Valley with up-to-date kitchen, dining, and meeting room facilities. We also have baby changing facilities and WiFi.

We work alongside organisations such as Rural Alive and Well to provide frozen meals and assistance to people in need in the Huon Valley. Huonville High School and Colony 47 also have a base in the building.

The facilities are also available for hire by the community.
